From impulse to expression—Sequential Flow bridges form and feeling.
Sequential Flow is a contemporary dance and movement research practice that trains dancers to refine the connection between internal impulse and external articulation. This approach blends somatic principles, contemporary dance technique, and movement analysis to expand both technical skill and expressive capacity. In Sequential Flow, dancers are guided to sense, initiate, and direct movement through sequential energetic pathways—tracing how motion originates, travels, and transforms in the body. The result is a deeper, more deliberate relationship between sensation, structure, and performance presence.
